为了进一步提高过共晶Al-Si合金的耐磨性,向含硅13%~17%的铝硅合金中加入3%~5%Cu和0.2%~0.6%Sr,使该合金在电磁搅拌下凝固,研究了Cu、Sr对合金组织及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:随Al-Si合金Cu、Sr含量的增加,合金的耐磨性呈现先增大后减小的趋势;当合金中Si由13%提高至17%时,该合金的耐磨性提高;当合金中Si、Cu和Sr含量分别为17%、4.0%、0.4%时,该合金的耐磨性最好。
In order to further improve the wear resistance of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy, 3% -5% Cu and 0.2% -0.6% Sr are added to the Al-Si alloy containing 13% -17% of silicon to make the alloy under electromagnetic stirring The effects of Cu and Sr on the microstructure and wear resistance of the alloy were studied.
