学徒制自古以来是中国传统教育的方式之一,现代学徒制承袭传统模式,融合到现代教育体系中。但是由于学徒制教育单次受教人数少、出徒时间长等缺点已经被现代教育逐渐边缘化,学徒制教育的精髓也随之被遗弃,这是中华民族传统文化的巨大损失。本文旨在探讨现代学徒制改革的方向,在传统学徒制的基础上,去其糟粕,取其精华,结合现代教育的优势,为创新现代学徒制提供参考。 Apprenticeship has been one of the traditional ways of Chinese education since ancient times. Modern apprenticeship inherits the traditional model and integrates into the modern education system. However, due to the small number of single-time apprenticeships and short-term apprenticeships, the gradual marginalization of modern education has led to the abandonment of the essence of apprenticeship education. This is a huge loss to the traditional Chinese culture. This paper aims to explore the direction of modern apprenticeship reform, based on the traditional apprenticeship, to its dregs, whichever is best, combined with the advantages of modern education, to provide a reference for the innovation of modern apprenticeship.
