Flt3配体 (FL)是一种能够刺激早期造血的细胞因子。FL可促进体内树突状细胞、自然杀伤细胞、细胞毒T淋巴细胞的增殖、分化和成熟 ,从而具有重要的抗肿瘤免疫治疗作用。对乳腺癌、纤维母细胞肉瘤、肝癌、淋巴瘤等肿瘤的体内、外实验亦证实FL对肿瘤生长的抑制作用。本文就FL的主要生物学特性、抗肿瘤作用机制及其在体应用研究近况作一综述
Flt3 ligand (FL) is a cytokine that stimulates early hematopoiesis. FL can promote the proliferation, differentiation and maturation of dendritic cells, natural killer cells, and cytotoxic T lymphocytes in vivo, and thus has an important anti-tumor immunotherapy effect. In vitro and in vivo experiments on breast cancer, fibroblast sarcoma, liver cancer, and lymphoma have also confirmed the inhibitory effect of FL on tumor growth. This article reviews the main biological characteristics of FL, its anti-tumor mechanism and recent researches on its application in vivo.
