目的对某五金塑胶厂职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查相结合。结果该建设项目噪声、电焊弧光、正己烷有不同程度的超标,其超标率分别为38.27%、25.00%、25.00%;其余各检测和测量项目的结果均未超过国家规定的职业接触限值。结论该项目防尘、防暑降温措施有效;防毒措施基本有效;噪声、紫外辐射控制效果欠佳,需进一步整改。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a metal plastic factory. Methods According to “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases”, a field occupational hygiene survey, combination of occupational disease hazard testing and occupational health examination were adopted. Results The noise, welding arc and n-hexane in the construction project exceeded the standard in various degrees with the exceeding rates of 38.27%, 25.00% and 25.00% respectively. The results of the other testing and measurement projects did not exceed the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The project is dust-proof, summer cooling measures effective; anti-virus measures are basically effective; noise, UV radiation control ineffective, need further rectification.
