每家企业都有其基因和行为习惯,O2O模式对企业原有的思维和习惯都有差异,这就需要企业改变自己,而这恰恰是最难的事情。实体企业实施O2O模式必须系统化而不能零散化,也不能仅仅从技术层面来考虑,为此我们提出几个关键点供企业参考:1.精准的战略定位。任何成功的商业模式,都离不开一个独特而精准的战略定位,也即核心价值主张,O2O模式成功的关键也在于此,无论是线上还是线下,其运营都必须符合企业对品牌战略定位的规划,这是企业做品牌而非做产品的本质区别。
