基于AMESim软件就福田某混凝土泵车摆动系统建立仿真模型,对摆动系统的基本特性进行仿真,仿真结果与实验数据非常吻合,进而通过仿真模型分析摆缸缓冲装置的特性,得出摆缸活塞行程特性与摆缸内部死容积腔的压力特性。就缓冲装置的结构参数对缓冲性能的影响,结合仿真模型逐个进行分析,最后基于分析结果提出新的缓冲装置优化设计方案,并与现方案进行分析对比,得出新方案不但可提高摆缸活塞响应速度,而且能够降低摆缸死容积腔的压力冲击,并且对于防止摆缸漏油都大有好处。
Based on AMESim software, a simulation model of a concrete pump truck swinging system in Futian was set up to simulate the basic characteristics of the swinging system. The simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental data. Then the characteristics of the shock absorber were analyzed by the simulation model, Characteristics and pressure characteristics of dead volume chamber in cylinder. Based on the analysis results, a new optimal design scheme of the buffer device is proposed based on the analysis of the influence of the structural parameters of the buffer device on the cushioning performance. Simultaneously, the new scheme is analyzed and compared with that of the present solution. Response speed, but also to reduce the pressure swing of the cylinder dead volume chamber, and for the prevention of oil leakage tank is greatly beneficial.
