目的研究对比不同浓度薯蓣丸在升高白细胞(WBC)方面的疗效。方法应用环磷酰胺(200 mg/kg)一次性腹腔注射,诱导小鼠骨髓抑制引起的白细胞降低模型。取60只雄性昆明种小鼠,体重(20±2)g,按照随机分组法分为五组并编号,A组(正常对照组);B组(病理模型组);C组(薯蓣丸低剂量组);D组(薯蓣丸中剂量组);E组(薯蓣丸高剂量组);每组12只。常规饲养,除A、B组外,C、D、E组分别给低剂量薯蓣丸(1 g生药/ml,20 ml/kg)、中剂量薯蓣丸(2 g生药/ml,20 ml/kg)、高剂量薯蓣丸(4 g生药/ml,20 ml/kg),1次/d,连续10 d后除A组外,其余各组一次性腹腔注射环磷酰胺(200 mg/kg),继续给予相应中药,灌胃,1次/d。腹腔注射环磷酰胺96 h后用电子天平测小鼠体重,摘眼球取血,常规法测WBC。结果与A组比较,B组小鼠白细胞明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与B组比较,C组可升高小鼠白细胞数量,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),D组、E组可不同程度升高小鼠白细胞数量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。薯蓣丸中剂量组、薯蓣丸高剂量组在升高白细胞方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同浓度的薯蓣丸在升高白细胞方面疗效明显不同。
Objective To compare the curative effects of different concentrations of yam pills on increasing white blood cells (WBC). Methods A single intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide (200 mg / kg) was used to induce a model of leukopenia induced by bone marrow suppression in mice. After intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide 96 h, the body weight of mice was measured by electronic balance, blood was taken from the eye and routinely measured for WBC. Results Compared with group A, the number of white blood cells in group B was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with group B, group C increased the number of white blood cells in mice (P> 0.05), and the numbers of white blood cells in group D and group E increased to some extent (P <0.01) ). There was no significant difference in raising leucocyte between yuzhuwan medium dose group and yuzhuwan high dose group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Different concentrations of yam pills significantly different efficacy in raising white blood cells.
