本文将165例慢性肺心病酸碱失衡患者的各项检测结果用IBM-PC/AT型微型计算机进行资料处理。对各变量用单因素方差分析进行6组间显著性检验后,将13个变量引入多类判别模型,经逐步筛选进行多类判别分析得出一组判别函数Y值(Y_1,Y_2…Y_6)。同时对本研究所建立的判别函数进行判别效果检验,结果表明原临床诊断与计算机诊断符合率为80.39%。木文试图用多类判别分析方法得出判别酸碱失衡类型的数学模型,以期应用于今后的临床分型。
In this paper, 165 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with acid-base imbalance in the test results using IBM-PC / AT-type microcomputer for data processing. After the six groups were tested for significance by one-way analysis of variance with respect to each variable, 13 variables were introduced into the multi-class discriminant model. After multiple screening discriminant analysis, a set of discriminant function Y values (Y_1, Y_2 ... Y_6) . At the same time, the discriminant function established in this study was tested. The results showed that the coincidence rate of original clinical diagnosis and computerized diagnosis was 80.39%. Mu Wen attempts to use multiple discriminant analysis methods to determine the type of acid-base imbalance mathematical model, with a view to the clinical application in the future.
