为了判断其免疫功能有无改变,了解巨脾内T、B和巨噬细胞在数量上、分布上以及形态方面有无变化,变化有无规律,相互间以及同巨脾纤维化的轻重之间有无内在联系。本实验进行了门脉高压巨脾T、B和巨噬细胞的免疫组化及形态测量学分析。结果表明:(1)与正常脾相比,巨脾三种细胞均有显著降低,这种降低主要在病理Ⅱ、Ⅲ级巨脾,而Ⅰ级巨脾无显著降低;(2)不同部位的同种细胞降低程度不同,其中以边缘区变化最为突出,三种细胞均有显著降低;(3)边缘区三种细胞的改变彼此间关系不同,T、B之间呈直线相关,但二者与巨噬细胞之间不呈直线相关。
