取20只大白鼠,应用HRP和免疫组化双标记法对缰外侧核向中缝背核腹侧亚核投射的递质性质进行了研究,结果在缰外侧核看到三种细胞:①HRP单标记细胞;②SP免疫阳性反应细胞;③SP-HRP双标记细胞。实验从形态学上证明缰外侧核的SP能纤维投射到中缝背核腹侧亚核,该结果对进一步探讨缰核、中缝背核在针刺镇痛中的相互关系提供了形态学依据。
Twenty hamster rats were used to study the neurotransmitter properties of the ventral subnuclear nucleus of the medial dorsal rachis toward the dorsolateral nucleus of the dorsal horn by HRP and immunohistochemical double labeling. As a result, three kinds of cells were observed in the lateral nucleus of the rein: Cells; ②SP immunoreactive cells; ③SP-HRP double-labeled cells. The morphological evidence that SP fibers in the lateral nucleus of the rectus protrude to the ventral subnucleus of the dorsal raphe nucleus, which provides a morphological basis for further study of the relationship between the habenula and dorsal raphe nucleus in acupuncture analgesia.
