在高可靠性自动测试系统（ATS）的开发中，必须解决好系统各设备的同步问题。本文在分析GPIB系统的同步机制基础上，讨论了基于WINDOWS下的测试软件设计中实现各设备同步的方法。
In the development of high reliability automatic test system (ATS), it is necessary to solve the synchronization problem of each device in the system. Based on the analysis of the synchronization mechanism of GPIB system, this paper discusses the method to realize the synchronization of each device based on the testing software under WINDOWS.
