本文针对辅助光学系统下的KB显微镜瞄准方法进行分析和论证。X射线Kurjpatruck-Baez型显微镜(以下简称KB显微镜)是一种高性能的诊断设备,目前其主要的应用就是进行激光惯性约束聚变实验。在目前的科技中,KB显微镜和X射线相机比较来说,其激光立体角相关指标以及空间的分辨率上都具有大幅度的提高。而KB显微镜由于自身原理的原因,对于掠入角的变化非常的敏意,对于物像位置种种要求也相对高出很多,所以如何进行瞄准是目前KB显微镜急于解决的问题。尽管目前国外发达国家已经采用了多种方法进行精确瞄准,但都存在一些弊端。本文采用了辅助光学系统来精确KB显微镜的瞄准,并且通过理论和实验进行了充分的验证。
This article analyzes and verifies the aiming method of KB microscope under auxiliary optical system. X-ray Kurjpatruck-Baez microscope (hereinafter referred to as KB microscope) is a high-performance diagnostic equipment, the main application is currently the laser inertial confinement fusion experiment. In the current science and technology, KB microscope and X-ray camera comparison, the laser solid angle related indicators and spatial resolution have a substantial increase. The KB microscope because of its own reasons, for grazing angle changes are very sensitive to the requirements for the location of the object is also a lot of relatively high, so how to aim is the current KB microscope eager to solve the problem. Although currently developed countries have adopted a variety of methods to accurately target, but there are some drawbacks. In this paper, aided optical system to accurately aim at the KB microscope, and through theoretical and experimental sufficient verification.
