白细胞粘附抑制试验(LAI)是一种体外测定免疫细胞对特异抗原反应的方法,它具有简便、快速的特点。自1972年由Halli-day等首先应用于小鼠的肿瘤研究以来,不少学者对其进行了改良,如Grosser和Thomson等用改良小管法.Fritze等用96孔塑料组织培养板法,Holt等用小型塑料组织培养微量板法以及Mcleod等,应用微量进样器改进法等,但所有的改良试验都保留了洗出不粘附细胞的步骤。本文介绍一种新且稳定的LAI试验,应用我们设计的微量试验板,改进因漂洗不粘附细胞所带来的误差。
