分节式预制墩身采用预应力高强螺纹钢筋干接缝装配化对接施工设计为国内首创工艺技术,介绍装配式分节预制墩身干接缝结构设计、足尺模型接缝匹配试验、吊装及高强螺纹钢筋接长施工技术。试验研究表明,节段间匹配缝密合良好,缝隙宽度均小于5mm;75mm高强螺纹钢筋对接张拉工艺可操作性强,接缝处预应力管道密封良好,管道压浆不漏浆。分节式预制墩身干接缝工艺技术能有效避免湿接缝工艺所造成的混凝土开裂的危害。
