随着中国的全球化趋势不断加强,市场竞争日趋激烈,人才在我国建筑企业发展中的地位愈来愈突出。为了在市场竞争中立于不败之地,建筑企业要坚持拥有人才、利用人才。因此,在进行职业生涯规划时,建筑企业人力部门应根据不同员工的不同特点,采取合理的应对措施,充分对本公司的人力资源进行合理利用。本文将对建筑企业发展与新员工职业生涯规划展开研究讨论,对人力资源管理应用进行新的探索研究。
As China’s globalization trend continues to strengthen and market competition becomes increasingly fierce, talents have become increasingly prominent in the development of China’s construction enterprises. In order to be invincible in the market competition, construction companies must insist on having talents and utilizing talents. Therefore, in the course of career planning, the human resources department of construction companies should take reasonable measures to deal with the different characteristics of different employees and fully utilize the company’s human resources. This article will carry out research and discussion on the development of construction companies and the career planning of new employees, and conduct new explorations on the application of human resources management.
