多指标同步分析(Flexible Multi-Analyte Profiling,xMAP)液态芯片技术是美国Luminex公司近年来开发的一种新型生物芯片技术。这种基于微球的芯片技术能够对单孔内多达100种不同的反应同时进行检测,与固相芯片或片膜芯片相比,具有多重、快速、灵敏度高(可达0.01pg)、重复性好(CV<5%)以及检测动态范围宽(可达0.2~32000pg/ml)等优点。目前,该技术已被广泛应用于各研究领域,尤其在核酸、蛋白质和其他生物分子的大规模分析中。
Multi-Analyte Profiling (xMAP) Liquid chip technology is a new type of biochip technology developed by Luminex Corporation in recent years.
