In recent years, research on polysaccharides is progressing rapidly, and the anti-inflammatory effect of polysaccharides has been affirmed by people. Chinese medicine with anti-inflammatory activity of polysaccharides mainly from microbial polysaccharides, plant polysaccharides and animal polysaccharides three aspects.
