文章从组织因素的角度去研究新产品开发绩效问题。构建了一种求解高新企业产品开发过程组织因素优化问题的决策图贝叶斯网络模型。应用实例表明:为提高新产品研发效率和绩效,X集团从研发组织机构设置、权责分配制度和薪酬分配制度等方面进行了改革和创新是可行的、有效的。
The article studies the performance of new product development from the aspect of organizational factors. A decision graph Bayesian network model is constructed to solve the optimization of organizational factors in high-tech enterprise product development process. Application examples show that in order to improve the efficiency and performance of new product research and development, it is feasible and effective for X Group to carry out reforms and innovations in R & D organization structure, power and responsibility distribution system and salary distribution system.
