西子电梯集团公司组建于1994年10月,由杭州西子电梯厂（现为杭州西子奥的斯电梯有限公司）、起重机厂、立体停车库有限公司、房地产公司、西子生态农场、26家半精密层企业、4家松散型企业组成。集团现批准为国家级大二型企业,浙江省最大工业企业,拥有总资产72000万元,其中固定资产占11100万元,资产负债率48％,现有职工1184人,工程技术人员189人。产品有电梯、扶梯、自动人行道、停车库、起重机等5大类,遍布全国各省市,远销港澳,出口泰国、塞浦路斯、印尼、朝鲜等国家和地区。1997年预计产量1550台,其中电梯1100台,扶梯400台,起重机50台,年产值47000万元,销售收入45000万元。在农业方面年产肉猪1万头,甲鱼10万只,鲜鱼6万市斤。
Xizi Elevator Group was established in October 1994. It consists of Hangzhou Xizi Elevator Factory (now Hangzhou Xizi Otis Elevator Co., Ltd.), Crane Factory, Stereoscopic Parking Co., Ltd., Real Estate Company, Xizi Ecological Farm, and 26 semi-precision layers. Enterprises and 4 loose companies. The group is now approved as a national-level sophomore enterprise and the largest industrial enterprise in Zhejiang Province. It has a total asset of 720 million yuan, of which fixed assets account for 111.0 million yuan, asset-liability ratio is 48%, there are 1184 employees, and 189 engineers and technicians. There are five categories of elevators, escalators, moving walkways, parking garages, and cranes. They are spread all over the country and exported to Hong Kong, Macao and Thailand, Cyprus, Indonesia, North Korea and other countries and regions. In 1997, the output is expected to be 1,550 units, including 1,100 elevators, 400 escalators, 50 cranes, an annual production value of 470 million yuan and a sales income of 450 million yuan. In agriculture, there are 10,000 pigs annually, 100,000 turtles, and 60,000 kg of fresh fish.
