一、劳动仲裁概况笔者曾对东莞、蛇口与深圳三地的劳动仲裁情况进行调查,现略陈于下: 深圳市:1986年9月建立市劳动争议仲裁办公室,配备了仲裁工作人员。1987年共处理争议案116宗,涉及88家企业的员工350人,其中外资企业有54宗,占46.6%。1988年1—11月共受理案件52宗(已处理43宗),其中国营企业26宗,外商企业(包括“三来一补”企业)26宗。从投诉者身份来看,合同工与临时工占了43宗,多属合同期满后发放生活补助费或终止、解除合同引起的纠纷。蛇口工业区:该区由于开放早,区内三资企业的劳动争议引发率高,其劳动仲裁工作有其特点:1、劳动仲裁起始时间早。从1983年
