目的:通过研究唇腭裂患儿的事件相关电位(ERP)中P300成分的特征,调查唇腭裂患儿中枢听觉神经系统(CANS)可能的功能异常。方法:选取3~6岁唇腭裂患儿46名,分为单纯唇裂组,不完全腭裂组,单侧唇腭裂组及双侧唇腭裂组,分别检测患儿的事件相关电位中P300成分,并选择年龄相匹配的正常儿童40例作为对照组,进行组间比较。结果:与正常儿童相比,唇腭裂患儿的P300潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05),波幅显著降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。唇腭裂患儿组间比较,3个腭裂组间差异无统计学意义,但与单纯唇裂组间对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:唇腭裂患儿的中枢听觉神经系统可能存在功能障碍。功能障碍与腭裂密切相关,但与腭裂类型无关。
Objective: To investigate the possible functional abnormalities of central auditory nervous system (CANS) in children with cleft lip with or without cleft palate by studying the characteristics of P300 in incident-related potentials (ERP) in children with cleft lip and palate. Methods: Forty-six children with cleft lip and palate from 3 to 6 years old were selected and divided into simple cleft lip group, incomplete cleft palate group, unilateral cleft lip and palate group and bilateral cleft lip and palate group. P300 components in children with cleft lip and palate were detected. 40 age-matched normal children were selected as the control group and compared among groups. Results: Compared with normal children, the P300 latency in children with cleft lip and palate was significantly longer (P <0.05) and the amplitude was significantly lower (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Cleft lip and palate children between groups, there was no significant difference between the three cleft palate groups, but compared with simple cleft lip between groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The central auditory nervous system of children with cleft lip and palate may have dysfunction. Dysfunction and cleft palate closely related, but not with cleft palate type.
