针对电力企业目前在人力资源配置上存在的弊端,从强化员工总量管控、实现用工合理调控、突出用工风险防控、注重用工考核监控等四个方面提出了解决问题的对策。
Aiming at the shortcomings of power enterprises in the allocation of human resources at present, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems from four aspects: strengthening the management and control of the total amount of employees, realizing the reasonable regulation and control of employment, highlighting the prevention and control of employment risks, focusing on the monitoring of employment.
