对61份株高在100cm以下的不同类型与来源的贵州地方稻种资源进行芽苗期GA3处理及其遗传分析。初步筛选出寸谷糯、麻糯谷、光头微芒粳粘、驼粘等地方品种对GA3处理反应不敏感,与sd1基因的南京11号反应不一致。这些品种不仅植株较矮,且有抗寒、抗旱、耐瘠等特点,为拓宽遗传基础、提供丰富的种质资源具有重要意义。同时,就GA3处理反应结果的多样性进行了讨论。
Sixty-one GA-treatment and genetic analysis of 61 local rice germplasm resources of Guizhou with different types and provenances with plant height below 100 cm were conducted. The preliminary screening of the indica rice showed that the rice varieties were not sensitive to the treatment of GA3, and were inconsistent with the Nanjing 11 reaction of sd1 gene. These varieties not only have shorter plants, but also have the characteristics of cold resistance, drought resistance and barren resistance, which are of great significance for broadening the genetic basis and providing rich germplasm resources. At the same time, the diversity of results of GA3 treatment was discussed.
