试验在采用十八胺(ODA)(C17H35CH2NH2)化学修饰酞菁绿,并制备了稳定性良好的电泳液基础上,以此电泳液为囊芯,通过尿素和甲醛单体进行缩聚反应合成囊壁,制备绿色电子墨水微胶囊.采用光学显微技术(OM)和电镜技术(SEM)表征该电子墨水微胶囊,微胶囊呈现球形,表面光滑,平均粒径为91μm,包覆率达81%,在电场作用下具有明显的可逆移动.“,”This investigation takes pigment phthalocynine green G modified with octadcylamine (ODA) to prepare electro- phoretic liquid which shows good stability. Using urea -formal -dehyde (UF) as wall material, microcapsules containing the elec- trophoretic liquid are prepared by in situ polymerization. OM and SEM have been applied to eharacterize the morphology of the mi- erocapsule. The microcapsule is spherical and smooth with a size of 91 μm for the particle diameters and an encapsulation rate of 81%. The green electronic ink mierocapsule has a clear eleetrophoretic response.
