清朝的戏曲文化政策是政府意识形态的反映,地方戏曲政策大多比中央政策激进,在执行上体现多样化的手段,从精神、身体和人际关系等方面对戏曲进行多角度的政治打击。剧坛出现了反理学和反复古的倾向。清后期的学术思潮提倡守道救时和经世致用,朝廷把戏曲政策和禁烟等政治历史事件有机融合,地方乡绅则鼓吹戏曲复古。受到西学东渐思潮和西方戏剧的影响,晚清学术界提倡戏曲改良,态度从打击转变为尊重。中央和地方的戏曲文化政策都有法律效力,利益诉求的差异引起了实施的矛盾。清朝政治权力对戏曲文化政策的影响对当今也有启示。
The Qing Dynasty drama and cultural policy is a reflection of the government’s ideology. Most of the local opera policies are radical than the central government and show diversified means in execution. They make political attacks on the opera in various angles from the aspects of spirit, body and interpersonal relationship. Drama appeared in the anti-rational and anti-ancient tendency. The academic trend of the late Qing Dynasty advocated keeping the time to save and the rule of the world, and the court organically integrated political and historical events such as the policy of the drama and no-smoking, while the local gentry advocated drama retro. Influenced by the trend of western learning and Western drama, academics in late Qing dynasty advocated the improvement of opera, and the attitude was changed from blow to respect. The cultural policies of the opera at both the central and local levels have the force of law and the differences in interest demands have caused contradictions in implementation. The influence of the political power of the Qing Dynasty on the cultural policy of opera also reveals its inspiration today.
