葡萄果实色艳、味美、营养丰富,对增进人体健廉有重要作用,很受消费者欢迎。但是葡萄浆果皮薄汁多,水分含量高,在正常条件下,易干柄、果皮皱缩、脱粒和霉烂,适鲜期短,不能满足人们对鲜葡萄的要求。为了长期保持葡萄的新鲜特点,补充市场断季,实现周年供应,我们于1987—1989年进行了葡萄贮藏保鲜试验。三年来,总结和掌握了葡萄贮藏保鲜的配套技术,贮藏期达5个月以上,好果率均达到98%以上,而且穗轴新鲜,果粒饱满,色泽鲜艳,基本保持了初采时的性状和品质。
