幸福感是由人们所具备的客观条件以及人们的需求价值等因素共同作用而产生的个体对自身存在与发展状况的一种积极的心理体验和价值判断。导游人员的幸福指数包括在自身对游客服务过程中对角色认知(自我认知、工作认知和社会认知)统一过程中所得到的满意度、价值感和快乐感。通过采用模糊评判方法,构建出包括7个一级指标、14个二级指标、31个三级指标的导游幸福指数模糊评判指标体系,并采用评判集各等级上的隶属度高低指标以及层次分析法对导游幸福指数模糊评判的测度方法进行了探讨。
Happiness is a kind of positive psychological experience and value judgments on the existence and development status of individuals resulting from the objective conditions of people and the value needs of people. The index of happiness for tour guides includes satisfaction, value and happiness in the process of unification of role recognition (self-awareness, job recognition and social cognition) in the process of serving tourists. By adopting the fuzzy evaluation method, a fuzzy evaluation index system of tourist guide happiness index including 7 first-level indexes, 14 second-level indexes and 31 third-level indexes is constructed, and the indexes of membership degree and level analysis The method to measure the fuzzy evaluation of tourist guide happiness index is discussed.
