用q检验对AAAA×CC和AA×CCDD杂种F_1胚培养中胚龄与成苗,继代与分化的关系和染色体组间差异进行了分析.结果表明:10~13天胚龄成苗率最高.AA×CCDD分化率比AAAA×CC高5.98~24.92%(置信度95%).同一组合愈伤组织继代次数越多,绿苗分化率越低.
The relationship between embryo age, seedling formation, subculture and differentiation and the difference between chromosomes in the culture of F_1 embryos of AAAA × CC and AA × CCDD hybrids were analyzed by q test.The results showed that the highest seedling rate of embryos aged 10 ~ 13 days .AA × The rate of CCDD differentiation was 5.98 ~ 24.92% (95% confidence interval) higher than that of AAAA × CC. The more subcultures of the same combination callus, the lower the rate of green plantlet differentiation.
