一、2015年全区人力资源社会保障行政部门处理行政复议行政应诉案件的基本情况(一)人力资源社会保障行政部门作为行政复议机关处理行政复议案件的情况1.案件总量。2015年,全区各级人力资源社会保障行政部门共收到行政复议申请224件,其中,决定受理203件,不予受理及依法作其他处理的21件。已结案件182件。2015年全区行政复议案件申请总数比2014年增加120件,上升115.38%;受理件数增加113件,上升125.56%。2.申请复议案件种类分布。2015年全区申请行政复议事项主要集中在劳动监察、养老保险、工伤保险等方
