目的了解体育运动干预对羌族小学生感觉统合能力的干预效果,为寻求改善羌族小学生感觉统合失调的有效措施提供理论支持。方法分层整群抽取四川茂县、汶川、理县986名羌族一年级小学生为调查对象,采用儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表进行调查,确定361名为实验对象,并将其分为实验组(184名)和对照组(177名)。对实验组进行干预训练,对照组仅仅采用常规的感觉统合训练,不进行其他体育运动。结果羌族小学一年级学生中有36.61%存在不同程度的感觉统合失衡问题;实验后无失调的人数比例实验组(28.80%)和对照组(11.86%)均增加,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.89,P<0.01)。实验组学生实验后感觉统合能力各方面得分均高于实验前,也高于对照组学生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论有计划有目的的体育运动干预联合感觉统合训练可以有效增强羌族小学生的感觉统合能力,比单纯性采用感觉统合训练效果显著。
Objective To understand the intervention effect of sports intervention on the sensory integration ability of Qiang pupils, and to provide theoretical support for seeking effective measures to improve the sensory integration dysfunction of Qiang pupils. Methods A total of 986 Qiang freshmen in Maoxian County, Wenchuan County and Lixian County in Sichuan Province were selected as the investigation objects by stratified cluster analysis. 361 children were selected as the experimental subjects and divided into experimental group ( 184) and control group (177). Intervention training was conducted on the experimental group, while the control group only used conventional sensory integration training and no other sports. Results There were 36.61% of first graders in Qiang nationality had different degrees of sensory integration imbalance; the proportion of the experimental group (28.80%) and control group (11.86%) had no difference after the experiment, the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference There was statistical significance (χ2 = 15.89, P <0.01). The scores of sensory integration ability in experimental group were higher than those in control group before and after experiment, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions The planned purposeful joint intervention training of sports intervention can effectively enhance the sensory integration ability of Qiang pupils, which is more effective than the simple sensory integration training.
