以人为本的数学课堂需要教师不断地优化教学策略,促使学生的求知欲由潜伏状态转入活跃状态,努力调动学生思维的积极性和主动性,力求学生由被动接受知识,变为接受知识与主动探究并举。学生将运用所学的基础知识和基本技能及分析方法,对发现的问题进行思考、分析和探索。既开拓了学生对知识思考的广度和深度,又充分落实了学生的主体地位。本文从“设计案例导入,让学生”问“起来;探寻问题根源,让思维”活“起来;通过实验操作,让感官”动“起来;适时交流引导,让思想”飞“起来;加强合作学习,让问题”易“起来”等五方面对优化数学教学策略、构建活力数学课堂作了充分的阐述。
