本文介绍了973规划项目“石油炼制和基本有机化学品合成的绿色化学”启动两年来在新催化材料、新反应工程、新合成/加工路线、环境友好溶剂的利用等方面形成的新构思、新成果;重点分析了在降低催化裂化汽油中烯烃含量和硫含量、己内酰胺的绿色合成及芳烃硝化等方面形成的具有自主知识产权的重大新技术;并在此基础上对本项目后3年研究目标进行了展望。
This article introduces the new ideas formed in the 973 planning project “Green Chemistry of Petroleum Refining and Synthesis of Basic Organic Chemicals” in the two years since the launch of new catalytic materials, new reaction engineering, new synthesis / processing routes and the use of environment-friendly solvents. New achievements; focusing on the major new technologies with independent intellectual property rights formed in the aspects of reducing olefin content and sulfur content in FCC gasoline, green synthesis of caprolactam and aromatic nitration; and on this basis, Prospects.
