酒店服务业是第三产业中的朝阳产业,伴随着酒店业发展,对人才的需求也越来越多。每年有大批的酒店专业的中职生和高职生流入人才市场,然而,经过走访与调查,发现酒店企业人力资源普遍匮乏,尤其是基层的员工。再者,酒店行业本身人员的流动性也非常大。一方面这些新毕业出来的学生填补了酒店企业对人才的强烈需求,另一方面酒店企业为之困扰的是现行培养出的酒店服务专业的学生无法立即胜任工作。人才的供需结构失衡制约着酒店业的进一步发展。以就业为
