目的探究自动固相萃取—液相色谱法测定饮用水中8种酚类物质效果。方法选取10份二次供水水样作为研究对象,分别采用分光光度法和自动固相萃取—液相色谱法进行测定,比较饮用水中8种酚类物质含量测定效果。结果自动固相萃取—液相色谱法测定饮用水中8种酚类物质结果与分光光度法测定结果相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自动固相萃取—液相色谱法测定饮用水中8种酚类物质准确率高、操作简便,值得在今后饮水检测工作中推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of eight kinds of phenols in drinking water by automatic solid phase extraction and liquid chromatography. Methods Ten secondary water samples were selected as the research objects. The contents of eight phenols in drinking water were compared by spectrophotometry and automatic solid phase extraction - liquid chromatography respectively. Results The results of automatic solid phase extraction - liquid chromatography for the determination of eight phenols in drinking water were statistically different from those of spectrophotometry (P <0.05). Conclusion The method of automatic solid-phase extraction-liquid chromatography for the determination of eight phenols in drinking water has high accuracy and easy operation, which is worth to be popularized in future drinking water testing.
