目的:确定健康儿童和青少年网织红细胞(简称网红)计数与分群的参考值范围。方法:用BAYERADVIA 120自动血液分析仪检测了628例健康儿童和青少年的网红计数及分群,对所得的数据进行了统计学处理。结果:健康儿童组与青少年组网红百分率(RET)与绝对数(RET#)和低、中、高荧光强度网红百分率(LFR、MFR、HFR)的参考范围相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),但在同组内,两性之间的结果比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。健康儿童组RET、RET#、LFR、MFR和HFR的参考范围分别为:0.0153±0.0054、(68.87±24.21)×109/L、0.8424±0.0541、0.1239±0.0392和0.0339±0.0238。健康青少年组RET、RET#、LFR、MFR和HFR参考范围分别为0.0129±0.0040、(59.37±18.23)×109/L、0.8926±0.0434、0.0933±0.0339和0.0141±0.0132。结论:健康儿童与青少年网红计数及分群的参考值范围和年龄有关,与性别无关。
Objective: To determine the healthy children and adolescents reticulocyte (referred to as reticulocyte count and grouping reference value range. Methods: The reticulocyte count and grouping of 628 healthy children and adolescents were detected by BAYERADVIA 120 automated hematology analyzer. The data were statistically analyzed. Results: There was a significant difference in the reference range of red percentage (RET) and absolute number (RET #) and the percentage of red, medium, and high fluorescence intensity network (LFR, MFR, HFR) between healthy children group and adolescent group <0.05), but within the same group, there was no significant difference between the two sexes (P> 0.05). The reference ranges of RET, RET #, LFR, MFR and HFR in healthy children were 0.0153 ± 0.0054, (68.87 ± 24.21) × 109 / L, 0.8424 ± 0.0541, 0.1239 ± 0.0392 and 0.0339 ± 0.0238, respectively. RET, RET #, LFR, MFR and HFR for healthy adolescents were 0.0129 ± 0.0040, 59.37 ± 18.23 × 109 / L, 0.8926 ± 0.0434, 0.0933 ± 0.0339 and 0.0141 ± 0.0132, respectively. Conclusion: The range of reticulation count and clustering reference values of healthy children and adolescents are related to age and have nothing to do with gender.
