目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CI-MT)、斑块特征的相关性。方法:选择180例患者,采用高分辨血管外超声法检测CIMT及粥样斑块;根据CIMT及斑块情况,分为内膜正常组、内膜弥漫性增厚组、稳定性斑块组、不稳定性斑块组。用ELISA方法测定各组血清中MMP-9、hs-CRP浓度,分析超声结果与血清MMP-9、hs-CRP浓度的关系。结果:内膜正常组、内膜弥漫性增厚组、稳定性斑块组、不稳定性斑块组各组之间相比,血清中MMP-9、hs-CRP浓度逐渐增高,各组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清中MMP-9、hs-CRP浓度增高与CIMT的厚度、斑块的不稳定性关系密切。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and carotid intima-media thickness (CI- Methods: A total of 180 patients were enrolled in this study. CIMT and plaque were detected by high resolution extracorporeal ultrasonography. According to CIMT and plaque status, they were divided into normal group, diffuse thickening group, stable plaque group, Instability plaque group. The serum levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP in each group were determined by ELISA. The relationship between the results of ultrasound and serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP levels was analyzed. Results: Compared with normal group, endometrial diffuse thickening group, stable plaque group and unstable plaque group, the concentrations of MMP-9 and hs-CRP in serum increased gradually. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The increase of MMP-9 and hs-CRP levels in serum is closely related to the thickness of CIMT and the plaque instability.
