椎旁抽脓注射抗痨药物治疗脊柱结核作为传统保守治疗方法的补充取得了积极效果,我院自50年代初一直沿用至今,临床疗效较好,曾有报道其治愈率达96.6％。对于无典型椎旁脓肿者穿刺注射较难,有些医院认为亦不具备手术指征,近六年来我院对收治的45例脊柱结核在临床及X线平片、B超检查未证实有脓肿者施行了椎旁抽脓注射抗痨药物治疗,现报告如下:
