针对中国科学院绩效考核管理实际情况,本文提出了一种绩效考核信息化系统的设计方案。该系统首先根据组织战略目标构建绩效考核指标体系,然后借用信息化手段将此体系固化到信息系统中,并利用联机分析处理和数据挖掘技术为管理者提供有效的决策信息。实际应用结果表明该系统显著提升了绩效考核管理的效率。
According to the actual situation of performance appraisal management of Chinese Academy of Sciences, this paper presents a design scheme of performance appraisal information system. The system firstly constructs the index system of performance appraisal according to the strategic goals of the organization, then uses the informationization method to solidify this system into the information system, and uses online analytical processing and data mining technology to provide managers with effective decision-making information. The practical application shows that the system has significantly improved the efficiency of performance appraisal management.
