选用我国东北、华北、华东、华中、华南、西南地区推广的8个主要杂交稻组合和强、中、弱三种致病力的白叶枯病菌系,就杂交稻及其三系的抗病性差异、菌系的致病力差异以及品种(系)——菌系的相互作用进行了研究。结果表明,8个组合中,以粳稻组合抗白叶枯病性较强;籼稻组合中,以 IR26为恢复系的威优6号、汕优8号抗性最强,而以 IR24配组的南优2号抗性最差。三系及 F_1四个系统中,一般以恢复系抗性较强、不育系抗性较差,F_1抗性介于两个系统之间,而偏向于抗性较强的亲本。不育系与保持系抗性基本相同。三系及其后代抗病性主要表现为数量上的差异,菌系间的致病力也主要表现为数量上的差异,品种(系)——菌系间特异性不明显。
