这几天,又有人在大放厥词了,说什么只要中国的经济会增长,那么中国的房价也一定会上涨,而且如果房价下降,先死的是银行,而不是房地产开发商。其实,对于这样的言论早就是不值一驳了,因为中国的既得利益集团总是会通过各种方式来要挟政府的房地产政策,不过从中也可以看到,一些人总是希望通过这种言论也如2003年那样,要挟政府又出台有利这些既得利益集团的房地产政策来让党的十七大精神、今年总理政府工作报告的精神,及近来出台的关于房地产市场政策颠倒。
