本文根据不锈钢薄板拉延变形的工艺特点,简要讨论了在模具表面上形成粘接瘤的原因及润滑剂对拉延工艺的影响、金属表面上的润滑剂膜及SDL水基润滑剂配方选择原则,并对所配的水基润滑剂进行了摩擦系数的实验研究。
