本文利用催化剂颗粒内多组分扩散过程的数学模型,模拟氨合成多相催化反应,研究此过程的最佳氢氮比。认为小合成氨工业中的最佳氢氮比应在2.0左右。并探讨了 TEMKIN 方程中指数值对“氢氮比敏感性”的影响。
In this paper, we use the mathematical model of multi-component diffusion process in catalyst particles to simulate the heterogeneous catalytic reaction of ammonia synthesis and study the optimum hydrogen to nitrogen ratio in this process. That small ammonia industry in the best hydrogen to nitrogen ratio should be around 2.0. The influence of the index value on the sensitivity of hydrogen to nitrogen ratio in TEMKIN equation was also discussed.
