Connor-Davidson Scale (CD-RISC) is currently one of the most widely used resilience scales. The purpose of this study is to validate the applicability of the CD-RISC scale to CAAC air traffic controllers using the classic and psychometric informatics and validity theory. The study collected the data by means of random sampling and collective measurement, and verified the structural validity of the scale by the method of confirmatory factor analysis. The internal consistency reliability was verified by calculating Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The results show that the structure of the controller’s psychological resilience tends to be more in line with the five-factor structure of Connor and Davidson, namely resilience, coping with stress, adaptability, control and beliefs. CD-RISC scale in the controller group has good reliability and validity.
