信息通信技术的融合和国际最新项目管理思路对正在磨合中的电力信息通信项目提出了更多的挑战和更高的要求。国网浙江省电力公司重点从管理制度等五个方面完善了信息通信项目建设管理体系,突出了三大创新点建设,全面提升了信息通信项目建设精益化管理水平,促进了项目管理工作的规范化、标准化,及时把控项目建设过程中的进度、风险、质量,保障了项目建设按期高质完成。
