以CuCl2.2H2O为催化剂、乙酸正丁酯为溶剂,常压液相催化分子氧氧化环己酮,90℃反应10h,环己酮转化率和己二酸收率分别可达94.4%、90.5%。进行了催化剂活性及溶剂作用的比较选择,同时还考察了反应温度、反应时间及催化剂与环己酮用量等因素对反应的影响。
Catalytic oxidation of cyclohexanone with n-butyl acetate and n-butyl acetate catalyzed by atmospheric pressure was carried out at 90 ℃ for 10h. The conversion of cyclohexanone and adipic acid were 94.4% and 90.5%, respectively. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and amount of catalyst and cyclohexanone on the reaction were also investigated.
