挣值分析法是工程项目成本、进度综合度量和监控的有效方法。本文从项目管理控制要素的角度,简要的介绍了挣值分析法的运行原理、基本参数及评价指标,并举例分析了该方法在煤矿项目费用和进度管理中的运用。
Earned value analysis is an effective way to measure and monitor the project cost, progress and comprehensiveness. This paper briefly introduces the operation principle, basic parameters and evaluation index of the EVM from the perspective of project management control elements. The paper also gives an example to analyze the application of this method in the management of the cost and schedule of coal mine project.
