The American Journal of Health, Sports, Recreation and Dance, published in September 1992, introduced Karl Garber, director of the Children’s Sports Laboratory at the Texas A&M University. For many reasons, many schools in the United States cannot provide students with 30 to 60 Minutes of the physical activity of the exercise proposed the use of class quality exercises as a supplement to normal physical education classes. One way to supplement this is to arrange physical training for classes during the day when there are no physical education classes. For example, if physical education classes are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, the quality training between classes will be arranged on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
