教师的教学品质,是教育范畴中的最活跃的元素之一,也是教育研究中的前沿课题。教师的教学品质的高低,直接反映出教学效果的好坏。教师的教学品质的高低,必然也会从教学效果中获得评判。因而“发展好每一位教师”的题中要义,自然包括教师教学品质提升的问题。再进一步说,教师教学品质的提升,既是实践中的策略性问题和根本性任务,也是科研中的现实性课题,是立足于教育现实土壤的理论探求,并且直接引导着实际工作。我校在二〇〇五年底,即提出并设
