中国的水墨艺术具有悠久的历史和深厚的文化积淀,自隋唐以来经过历代名家的不断发展已形成自己独具特色的艺术手法与美学理念,是中国乃至东方艺术的标志之一。但是自清末以来,随着西洋绘画的不断传入和中国社会的巨大变化,传统水墨在新的社会环境下面临着困惑与挑战。改革开放后,中国水墨在激烈的争论中开始了新一轮的变革,在探索中求得发展。回望20年水墨画所走过的历程,我们似乎应该停下脚步进行思考与总结,对当代水墨的发展脉络进行梳理。
China’s ink art has a long history and profound cultural heritage. Since the Sui and Tang dynasties, the continuous development of famous masters of all ages has formed its own unique artistic practices and aesthetics. It is one of the hallmarks of Chinese and even Oriental art. However, since the end of the Qing Dynasty, with the continuous introduction of western painting and the great changes of Chinese society, the traditional ink painting is confused and challenged in the new social environment. After the reform and opening up, the Chinese ink and wash began a new round of changes in the heated debate and sought development in the course of exploration. Looking back at the process of 20 years of ink and wash painting, we seem to have to stop thinking and summary, combing the context of the development of contemporary ink.
