改革开放以来,我国市场经济得到快速发展,传统的人力资源管理已经不能满足当今企业的发展。面对市场经济新形势,人力资源在企业中的合理配置与管理已经成为我国大型企业发展中急需解决的难题。基于此,就目前国有企业人力资源配置中存在的问题,以及人力资源合理配置的重要性,探讨人力资源的合理配置与管理的一些问题,并提出相应建议。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s market economy has witnessed rapid development. The traditional human resources management can no longer meet the needs of today’s enterprises. Faced with the new situation in the market economy, the rational allocation and management of human resources in enterprises has become a pressing problem to be solved in the development of large-scale enterprises in our country. Based on this, on the existing problems in the allocation of human resources in state-owned enterprises and the importance of rational allocation of human resources, some problems about the rational allocation and management of human resources are discussed and some suggestions are put forward.
